The Dataforce team is made up of experienced IT specialists and seasoned business minds.

The development team is led by Troy Baylis, Founding Director and now Managing Director.

Troy has more than a decade of experience in designing and developing data management systems, and is a specialist in web-based applications development. He also holds advanced certification in Oracle database management, Sun Solaris system administration and Microsoft products (MCP).

Other members of the applications development team are all degree qualified and have expertise in a wide range of databases, technologies and manufacturer certifications including Cisco, Linux, Oracle, mySQL, Microsoft, Symantec, and PHP.

Troy has consulted and developed solutions for many state-of-the-art custom data applications, including complex billing and scheduling systems for major businesses and utilities such as Interlink Roads and Sydney Water. With a background in mechanical engineering and a degree in Computing Science, he brings a structured, analytical approach to each business data challenge and is an expert at designing applications that add business value to business processes.

Complementing Troy's technical leadership is the business expertise of Doug Rennie, Director, Business Development.

Doug was a founding Director of Dataforce and has some 15 years experience in business as an executive and non-executive director. A former Sydney Water executive, he jointly founded Fieldforce Services Pty Ltd in 1993 and was instrumental in growing that business to a national scale with over 300 direct employees, prior to its acquisition by UXC Limited, an ASX-listed business solutions company.
